Note: Knowlton indicates that Sir William had Robert as his son but Sir William
would have had to have been about 115 years old at the time. I thus am assuming
that Robert was a great grandson using 40 years for each generation - this
matches the jump from 6th to 9th generation in "A Genealogical
Register" by Gen. Jedediah Herrick.
