Daisy Herrick (nee Contreras) was born in Santa Maria, CA to Alfonso and
Mariana Contreras. Daisy was a competing cheerleader in high school and a coach
after high school. She studied nursing at Fresno City College then returned to
Santa Maria to practice as a nurse. There she met Stephen Herrick, and they are
now married and have a new baby boy, Leif. She enjoys crossfit, wine tasting,
and dogs.
