Maine Wild Blueberry Muffins
Mix the following well:

1/3 cup - sugar |

2 cups - flour |
|
3 teaspoons - baking powder |
|
1 teaspoon - salt |
|
1 egg |
|
1/2 cup - oil |
|
3/4 cup - milk |
Fold in:
|
2 cups - Maine wild blueberries |
Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes. Double recipe for 24 muffins.
